Atliekų surinkimo konteinerių turėtojai atsako už jų teritorijoje esančių konteinerių aikštelių švarą ir tvarką. Komunalinių atliekų tvarkytojas surenka iki 5 m atstumu aplink konteinerius jų ištuštinimo metu esančias atliekas.

Dėl netinkamo naudojimui konteinerio pakeitimo ar remonto galite kreiptis į mišrių komunalinių atliekų vežėją, jis skundą perduos atliekų sistemos administratoriui arba tiesiogiai į miesto savivaldybės priskirtą atliekų sistemos administratorių.
